LOS ANGELES, CA – Seraph Films, L.L.C. is pleased to announce its collaboration with Big Frame Inc. for their YouTube Channel BAMMO to produce an action-packed webseries based on its popular film, VENDETTA. Featured at a prominent Midwest film festival, VENDETTA was Seraph Films’ first venture into Action shorts, combining the noir of “The Crow” with Matrix-esque action. The Vendetta webseries will span 10 episodes, airing between December 2012 and February 2013 on YouTube channel BAMMO (www.youtube.com/bammo).
“We’re beyond excited,” said Gene Blalock, director, Seraph Films. “This is a chance to tell great stories week after week while stretching our filmmaking abilities. Hopefully, the quality of our productions will attract viewers who might not otherwise tune in to online content.”
The webseries will follow the exploits of an Assassin – a gorgeous, but deadly, operative for a shadowy syndicate that operates outside the law, blurring the line between right and wrong. Each episode follows the Assassin on a different mission in which she must use her lethal and alluring skills to battle thugs, kingpins, and other underworld villains.
“It’s an action-oriented series, with a human core,” said James Tumminia, producer, Seraph Films. “We take great pride in our set pieces and visual effects, but our goal is to create characters and stories that matter to our audience.”
The first episode will air in mid-December, with weekly episodes to follow.
“On Bammo we are always looking to inspire our viewers with high quality productions and Seraph Films visually stunning work does exactly that.” said Mike Rotman, Head of Production of Big Frame, Inc.
